- Philadelphia Eagles CB Jalen Mills was thrown at 21 times by the New York Giants on Sunday, the most any player has been targeted in a single week in the past ten years and seven more targets than any other corner in Week 3.
- Mills allowed 15 catches (71.4 percent) for 119 yards and two scores, with one pass breakup.
- Odell Beckham Jr. accounted for nine of those catches from 13 targets (69.2 percent), totalling 79 receiving yards against Mills alone.
- It was something of a case of death by a thousand paper cuts by Mills, because the 15 receptions he allowed averaged 7.9 yards and he didn’t allow a reception longer than 14 yards all game, with just 23 yards coming after the catch.
