- San Francisco 49ers RT Trent Brown has had a strong start to the 2017 season, and came out of Sunday’s game with the Arizona Cardinals with an overall PFF grade of 88.5.
- Brown had two perfect games of pass protection to start the season, and has allowed a total of just five pressures over the four games he has played. His game against the Rams a week ago saw him perform only averagely, but this week he bounced back well.
- Brown currently has the league’s third-best PFF pass-blocking grade among all tackles at 86.0, trailing only Joe Thomas and Jason Peters.
