Hey there football fans! Here are five things from yesterday you need to know to start off your Fridays:

  1. Pressure busts offenses, but it's not all about getting a sack. PFF's William Moy brought you an analysis of some players who were highly effective pass-rushers, even better than some sack artists. Among them was Brandon Graham, a player who made PFF's top 101 players for the 2016 season and our Foundation draft despite only accruing six sacks last year.
  2. Brent Celek is in the twilight of his Eagles career. There's a belief that Celek may be playing his last year with the Eagles in 2017. He's seen his role in the offense decline each of the last three years.
  3. Teddy Bridgewater is working without a knee brace. It's another big step in his recovery process. Bridgewater was one of the most accurate quarterbacks in the NFL in 2015, buoyed by his second-place finish in adjusted completion percentage when throwing under pressure. He was under pressure more than any other quarterback in 2015.
  4. Proven production or the uncertainty of youth? PFF's Mike Castiglione re-capped PFF's top 200 PPR fantasy rankings, finding himself more bullish on younger, in-their-prime players. If you don't mind being a year early on leaving some star players on the board, you might just find a youthful player about to break out.
  5. You won't find any top 25 fantasy wide receivers in Minnesota. PFF's Daniel Kelley has some cold water for the Sam Bradford hype, and by extension, his pass catchers. Despite the talent of someone like Diggs and Bradford finally being in what looks like a stable situation, the sheer amount of quality passing attacks and fantasy pass catchers may just prove him right.
