- Washington Redskins wide receiver Terrelle Pryor is working out with NFL legend Randy Moss this off season. A photo of Pryor, Moss and Jamison Crowder was posted to the Redskins Twitter account on Thursday afternoon.
- The converted quarterback is entering his second full season at the receiver position and is working hard to build upon his 2016 campaign, in which he achieved a PFF overall grade of 79.7, ranking 31st of 115 qualifying wide receivers. His average of 1.70 yards per route run was above the NFL average of 1.28 and ranked 34th of 51 receivers with at last 85 targets.
- The Redskins struggled in the red zone last season, and will hope that Pryor continues the success he found in the red zone in Cleveland. He found the end zone four times from 15 targets in the red zone last season, and his WR rating (the passer rating generated by the quarterback when targeting a receiver) of 120.8 was the fourth highest by a receiver with at least 15 targets in the rezone last season.
